My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this waterfront B&B. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of a lively area with amazing bars and restaurants on both sides. We loved the convenience of easy parking in the nearby lot. The rooms were really nice, with attentive staff and a great view of the waterfront. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided each morning.
That the reception closed quite early, but it wasn't a big problem as we were able to call for assistance and someone arrived within minutes.

The location was amazing! We were right on the water with great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were really nice and the staff was friendly and attentive. There was also easy parking in a local parking lot, which was a big plus for us.
That the reception closed early, at around 4 pm. We had a bit of trouble getting into our room at first, but we were able to call for help and someone arrived within 5 minutes.

Lovely room, privacy, nice porch, excellent maid service. The location across from the water taxi was very helpful.
More coat hangers would be very helpful, as would someone to be there when you check in in the afternoon. The breakfast fare could be fresher.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right on the waterfront with lively bars and good restaurants on each side. Parking was easy in a nearby parking lot and the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were really nice, very comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities you could need. Plus, the hotel is situated in such a friendly area, which makes for a great vibe.
Reception closes early, around 4 pm, and you have to let yourself in, which can be a bit tricky at times. We had a problem getting into our room, but we called for help and someone was there within five minutes, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Decorated in an attractive manner, but furnishings need repair.
There is no front to the Inn. There is a small sign above an alley. We had to drive by several times before we realized where the entrance was. The breakfast was terrible. Frozen bagels, cereal. A small bowl of grapes was the only fruit. No protein. I expected much more for the price of this stay. Extremely noisy in room number 5. Creaking floorboards on stairs and ceiling made continuous noise. Cleaning staff congregated outside our door having conversations the entire pm. Hourly staff at desk very disinterested and hid herself from view most of the time. The name leads you to believe you can see the harbor from the property. Untrue. View is blocked by a three story high, 200 foot wide massive building across the street.

Fantastic location, easy parking in local parking lot, really nice rooms, very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is right on the waterfront with really lively bars and good restaurants either side. Very friendly area.
Only thing we did not like was that the reception closes at 4.00 and so you arrive and let yourself in. We had a problem getting into the room, but we called the help number and someone was there within 5 minutes, and so it is not too much of a problem.
